By commissioning me, you declare that you've already read and accepted my Terms of Service.

I do work professionally on my art. I greatly appreciate the support offered to me to grow as an artist.

Please be kind and respectful.

If you need your order to be completed for a certain period of time, an extra payment will be charged. (The price of the extra payment will depend on the complexity of the drawing) The price can vary between +15% fee regarding the total cost of final budget.

The commissions are made in the course of 1 to 12 business weeks, some commissions will take longer depending on the complexity of the same.

NSFW [nudity and sexual content] adds a 10% fee of the total price.

Some reasons why I can sometimes delay time in your commission:

➢ Disabled by illness (migraines).

➢ Be working on other orders with priority. (Some commissions are Rush order, they contain an extra payment so that I give priority).

In case you are not receiving a message from me or a reply, don't worry.

By commissioning me you are financially supporting me as an artist and motivating me to improve.

About editions and modifications:

➢ In sketch phase you up to 20 free changes, after this count, I'll charge an extra fee. Subsequent changes are not accepted once the sketch has already been accepted.

➢In case of a high grade modification (that greatly modifies the original concept) an extra payment will be charged.

➢ The final work can be changed, it could have not extra cost depending on the grade of significance.

➢ I will only make simple modifications to the final drawing, do not force me to redo the drawing.

In the event of any delay or inconvenience that affects your commission, you will be given immediate notice. If this happens, your understanding is appreciated.

Paid first, i'll start the commission once I've received at least the first half of the payment.

One week is expected for payment once the commission is confirmed. please notify me a estimated date for the payment.

After making the first payment, a sketch of the order will be made. if you want to cancel your commission. It should be before starting the drawing.

Once the commission and payment are confirmed, no refunds are allowed (unless something happens to me that prevents me from continuing with the commission).

Once finished, you will be sent an e-mail you'd provide me to send. Be sure to grant me the right one.

The commission will only be for personal use (profile photo, banner, cover, wallpaper, etc).

About COPYRIGHTS:

It is considered a disrespect to copyright when: Edit, trace, recolor own or third party commissions, take credit for the illustration and erase or cover the author's signature, reproduce for commercial purposes (if the commission is for personal use).

Delete the author's signature on the work.

For security, the original format will not be delivered (.Clip, sai, .psd, etc)

If you want to publish your commission on social networks, please give corresponding credits.

It is possible that I use your commission to promote my work, in case you want to keep it private, inform from the beginning or at the latest at the end of the commission (the work will be published under watermark).

About References and specifications:

➢ Providing images, color palettes (if needed), expressions, pose, personality, etc. For an easier process.

➢ I do work with descriptions. Try to be the more specific as much you can.

➢ Type of commission: Headshot, Half Body, Full Body, and full illustration.

Permission to post:

➢ You can tell me in confidence whether or not you like your post to be kept private.

Please, keep in mind that English isn't my native language.

I will continue to retain the copyright on the illustration and design.

vtuber/pgntuber models already include commercial use rights.

Multiplies two times the price, for commercial use when the artwork is not the majority of the product (promotional material, digital CD cover, game assets, social media art, etc.)

The price is multiplied up to 3 times, when the commercial use of the work of art is the majority of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)

Do YouTube assets (banner, avatar, use of art in videos) count as commercials? Yes, same for Patreon and any ad-supported site.
